Connect with each other by joining the Association
The Global Association of Literary Festivals is an association that provides a forum through which festivals can exchange and adopt new ideas, share best practice, discuss challenges and explore partnerships and collaborations. It is run by the members and is free to join, provided that your festival is:
- Not for Profit
- Promotes books and reading through in person author talks and discussions
- Is an annual event (and can show a track record)
- Is aimed at the general public and not restricted to a specific audience group. Trade events are not eligible eg book fairs
